The Memory
Care unit at The Lakes is truly special. Residents live
in an intimate, warm and nurturing environment where tender
care, along with delicious, nutritious meals and stimulating
activities make health and well-being paramount. The Memory
Care unit provides safety and security and includes an
enclosed courtyard for outside enjoyment. Our specially trained
staff assist residents in their activities of daily living
while maintaining their dignity and independence. Individual
care plans are prepared for each resident and are designed
to identify resident preferences and personal choices along
with their health needs.
Month-to-month rental with no lease or buy-in
requirements.

The
Monthly Memory Care Apartment Fee
Includes:
- Monthly rent in a private or semi-private room.
- Three delicious meals and snacks daily.
- All utilities (except personal telephone).
- Expanded basic cable television.
- Housekeeping.
- Weekly flat linen service and personal laundry.
- Extensive scheduled transportation, including medical
appointments.
- Full activity and special event programs, plus customized
assisted living activities.
- 24-hour nursing staff on-duty.
- Emergency call system.
